Kinnovative Softech is located over in Vijaynagar at No 839/50 on 4th Main Road. If you know the area, we’re very close to the Shanthi Sagar Hotel, which is a popular local landmark. It makes giving directions much easier for us. The office is in a standard Bangalore building, nothing too flashy or modern. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple. Our space on the 4th Main is where we spend most of our daylight hours. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and houses mixed together. The office itself is full of computers and the usual clutter you’d expect from a working team. We aren't big on decorations; we mostly just have whiteboards filled with scribbles and notes. It’s a place where we can actually focus. The proximity to the hotel is a big plus for lunch breaks, and most of us end up there at least twice a week. Sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a mess, but that’s just part of being in Bangalore. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in and does what’s needed to get the work out the door. It’s an honest, hard-working environment in a very traditional part of the city. We keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand.
