Kingfisher Airlines

Kingfisher Airlines has a spot in Nagabarpalya in Bangalore. Mr. Ansuman Panda is the main contact at this location. It’s situated in a part of Karnataka that is always moving. The office itself is quite functional. We don't have the airplanes parked outside or anything like that; it’s more for the administrative and logistical side of things. The building we are in is tucked away in the Nagabarpalya area, which can be a bit tricky to navigate if you aren't familiar with the small lanes and corners. Inside, it’s just a lot of paperwork and people talking on their phones. We have desks piled with files and the printers are almost always running. It gets a bit dusty because of the roadwork nearby, so we are constantly cleaning the surfaces. Mr. Panda is usually around making sure things are moving along. We have a small pantry where we make tea and eat our lunch. It isn't a glamorous setup, but it’s where the real work happens. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes to get here. The traffic in Bangalore is always a topic of conversation in the morning while we wait for the computers to boot up. We just focus on getting through the pile of work on our desks and making sure the records are kept straight. It’s a very grounded, everyday kind of office environment.
