Kingfisher Airlines

Our office is located at D-15 Hermes Park right on Bund Garden Road in Pune. It is a well-known area and we have been here for some time now. Working for an airline like Kingfisher Airlines means things are usually moving pretty fast, even if we are just in the office handling the paperwork or customer queries. Bund Garden Road is always busy with cars and people, and the Maharashtra heat can really get to you in the summer, but the office stays cool enough for us to work. We have a small team here. We mostly deal with the day-to-day operations that keep everything running behind the scenes. It isn't always as glamorous as people think the aviation business is. There is a lot of filing and phone calls and making sure the schedules are all correct. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local spots nearby, which are actually quite good in this part of Pune. We've seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but Hermes Park stays pretty much the same. It's a solid, predictable place to work from. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy speeches about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and make sure everything is sorted for the next day. It’s a lot of coordination between different departments and making sure the details are right. Being in the 411001 area puts us right in the middle of everything, which is convenient for getting around.
