Down here in Kasargod, Kerala, we operate out of the Ranjith K Kunnath House in Nileshwar. It’s a bit of a different setup compared to what people might expect. Being in a place like 671314 means things move a little slower than in the big cities. We handle a lot of the local coordination and paperwork for the airline side of things. It’s mostly just us in this house turned office, surrounded by the green trees of Palakkatt. Sometimes the rain here is so loud you can’t hear the person on the other end of the phone, but we manage. We do our work, check the logs, and make sure the communication stays open. It’s a quiet life mostly. We don’t have a big fancy lobby with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace where we get things done. People from the neighborhood know where we are. We see the same faces every day walking past the gate. Kerala is a beautiful place to work, even if the humidity gets to you sometimes. We try to be helpful whenever someone calls with a question about their travel or a flight. There’s no big corporate script here. We just talk to people and try to solve whatever problem they’re having with their bookings or schedules. It's just us doing our part every day here in Nileshwar without a lot of noise or unnecessary complications.
