We are located on the 12th floor of the UB Tower in UB City, which is at number 24 Vittal Mallya Road. It is a very tall building and the view of the city from up here is quite something. You can see all the way down the road and across the rooftops. The address also mentions Kondhwa Road which sometimes confuses people, but we are right here in the main tower. The office is a busy place with people moving around between different departments. We have a lot of computers and phones that are always ringing. Even though it is a high-rise, it still feels like a regular workplace once you are inside. There are desks everywhere and stacks of papers related to flights and schedules. We use the elevators a lot because we are so high up, and sometimes there is a wait when everyone is going for lunch. Vittal Mallya Road is a busy part of town with a lot of shops and restaurants around. Downstairs, the security is quite strict, so we have to carry our IDs all the time. Our office is not as quiet as you might think; there is always the sound of typing and people talking about routes or logistics. We have a small break room where we get coffee and talk. It is a lot of coordination to keep everything moving.
