We are over in Mohali, specifically in Phase 7 at number 3075. It’s quite close to Chandigarh, so it’s easy enough to find if you are in the area. The office is in a busy part of the phase, and there’s always something happening outside. We deal with travel queries and ticketing stuff. It’s not a glitzy airport lounge; it’s just a regular office with desks, phones, and a lot of printed schedules. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit hectic. The carpet is a little stained in places and the walls have a few scuffs from moving furniture around. We don't have a big team here, just a few of us who handle the daily tasks. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes get snacks from the market nearby. It’s a simple setup. We don't use a lot of fancy words when talking to people. If a flight is delayed or there’s a booking issue, we just try to figure it out without making a big fuss. The weather in Punjab can be quite extreme, so we are either freezing with the heaters or sweating in the heat. We just come in, do our shift, and try to keep things moving. It’s a basic workspace where the focus is just on getting the travel details right for whoever calls or walks in to ask us something.
