We are tucked away in Maruthi Nagar, specifically on the 9th Cross in Yelahanka. It’s a busy little corner of Bangalore-64. The office for Kingfisher Airline here isn't what you might expect if you’re thinking about big airports. It’s just a regular building at 50/3 on the 1st Main. You can hear the traffic from the street most of the day, and there's always someone parking a scooter right in front of the door. Inside, it’s mostly just desks piled with papers and some old computers that hum a bit too loudly. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, especially during the middle of the week. There is a small tea shop just down the road where we usually go when we need a break from the screen. The dust from the road comes in if we leave the windows open, but the breeze is nice sometimes. We’ve got a few people working here who have lived in Yelahanka their whole lives. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy or polished. We just try to stay on top of the work and keep things moving along. Sometimes the rain makes the commute a mess, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’re just here doing our bit every day, making sure the files are where they should be.
