King Computers Stationers is right on Ulsoor Main Road at number 1114. Living and working on Ulsoor Main Road means you never get a quiet moment. There is always a bus or a bike zooming past the front window. We deal with computers and all the paper and pens that go with an office. Some days it’s mostly people coming in for a single pen or a few sheets of paper. Other days we are busy looking at a screen trying to figure out why a machine stopped working. The shop is a bit of a mix of old and new. We have the latest tech bits sitting next to stacks of notebooks that have been there a while. It gets a bit messy because there’s never enough shelf space for everything we want to keep. We don’t have a big marketing plan or a fancy mission statement. We just open up in the morning, turn on the lights, and see who needs help with their stationery. It’s a small team here, so we all do a bit of everything. Cleaning, selling, fixing—it’s all part of the day. 1114 is easy to find if you’re looking, though the traffic makes it hard to park sometimes. We’ve been here for a good while and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy for that.
