Our place is at 1891 Byatarayanapura. It’s a busy part of the city, and being right here means we see a lot of people passing through every single day. The office itself is pretty small, mostly taken up by a few desks and some old maps we’ve pinned to the walls. We spend most of our time on the computer or the phone, trying to get things sorted out for people who want to go somewhere. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons, but otherwise, it’s a fairly steady rhythm. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. There’s a ceiling fan that squeaks a bit when it’s on the high setting, and the floor is just plain tiles. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from getting too quiet. Most of our day is spent dealing with delays, bookings, and questions about routes. We don’t use any complicated systems, just what works. People come in looking for help with their trips, and we do what we can. The area has changed a lot since we first started out here, with new shops opening up all the time. But we’ve stayed in this same building, 1891, through all of it. It’s easy to find if you’re looking for it, but it’s easy to miss if you’re just driving by fast. We’re just regular people doing a regular job.
