Kgs Solutions is run out of the first floor of building 583 on 9th Cross. We are located in Karamchand Layout, which is part of the Lingarajpuram area. Srikanth is the one who usually handles the main bits of the business here. It is a small operation. We do a lot of technical troubleshooting and fix problems for the people who come to see us. The office is basically one big room with a few smaller areas for storage. We have got a lot of tools and spare parts lying around on the shelves. It is not the neatest place in the world, but we know exactly where everything is when we need it. People from the neighborhood know they can just drop by if they have a technical problem. We are not a big corporation with a fancy call center or anything like that. When you call us, you usually just end up talking to one of the three of us who work here. Bangalore-84 is where we live and work, so we do not have to travel very far each morning. Sometimes we stay quite late to finish a job because someone really needs their equipment back by the next morning. We do not have a big marketing budget to spend. Most people find us because their neighbor told them we do a decent job for a fair price. It is just honest work.
