Kf Bioplants Pvt. Ltd. is located in Kamagondanahalli at Karelibaug 7. It is a bit of a distance out but we like the space we have here. We spend our days working with plants and soil and it can get a bit messy sometimes. Our clothes usually have a bit of dirt on them by the end of the shift. The area around Karelibaug 7 is not too built up so there is a bit of fresh air which is nice for the plants and for us too. We have some sheds and outdoor areas where we keep everything organized. It is a lot of physical work and we are often on our feet all day long. We don't have a big fancy office building with glass walls. Instead we have practical spaces that handle the dirt and water. The sun can be quite strong in the middle of the day so we try to do the heaviest work in the mornings. We have a small break room where we eat our lunch and talk about regular things like the weather or family. People here have been working with plants for a long time so they know what they are doing. We just focus on keeping the plants healthy and making sure the orders are packed right. It is a steady kind of job and we just get on with it every day.
