You can find us at Pathalil House in Naranamoozhy, which is near Ranny Perunad in the Pathanamthitta district. Key Information Technology isn't some giant tech hub in a city. We are based right here in Kerala, in a more rural setting. It’s a quiet place to work, surrounded by a lot of greenery. We deal with computers and IT stuff, which might seem strange in such a peaceful area, but it works for us. Most of the time we are fixing software issues or helping local businesses get their systems running. The office is part of a house, so it has a very homey feel to it. We aren't wearing suits or anything. Usually, it's just us in casual clothes trying to figure out why a server is acting up. Sometimes when it rains really hard, which happens a lot here, the power flickers and we have to pause for a bit. We know most of our clients by name because they live nearby. It’s a slow-paced life compared to the big IT parks in Kochi or Bangalore. We like it that way. We just provide technical help to anyone who needs it in the district. It’s practical work and we take pride in solving problems that keep people's businesses moving. It’s just us doing our thing in Ranny, making sure the local tech stays up and running for everyone.
