Kethana Eternal Projects

We set up Kethana Eternal Projects at 57/1A on the Bellandur Outer Ring Road, right in the Devarabisanahalli area. It’s a part of town that never really sleeps because of all the tech parks nearby. Our office is a practical space where we deal with all our construction and project planning. It’s not a showroom, just a place with blueprints and a lot of phone calls happening at once. We spend our mornings checking on progress and our afternoons dealing with the paperwork side of things. The traffic outside is always a topic of conversation when people visit. Being on the Outer Ring Road means we are easy to find, even if the commute is a bit of a grind. We have a small team here. Most of us have been around the industry for a long time. We don’t go in for big marketing talk. We just show people what we are working on and let the buildings speak for themselves. The desks are usually messy with site photos and schedules. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have meetings, but it works for us. We like the energy of Bellandur. It keeps us on our toes. We are just a bunch of people trying to get things built right. It’s hard work, but we’ve been at it long enough to know the ropes and the local rules.
