Kerala Footwear (Kefco)

You can find us at 73, Jumma Masjid Road. People around here usually just call us Kefco instead of the full name. We have been selling footwear for a long time now. The shop is not particularly huge, but we make sure to pack it full of boxes from the floor to the ceiling. O.P.H. Road is always busy, especially on the weekends, so it gets quite hectic in here with people coming in and out. We do not have any fancy displays or those bright, neon lights you see in the big malls. It is just basic shelves and a lot of shoes. We talk to dozens of different people every day, helping them find something that fits their feet and will not fall apart after a week of walking. Sometimes we run out of a specific size and have to tell someone to wait for the next delivery. It is just part of how things go in a small shop. We are not a big chain, just a local spot where we recognize many of the faces that walk through the door. We try our best to keep the floors swept, but with all the foot traffic, it is a constant struggle. We do not use big words or try to push people into buying things they do not really need. If a pair of shoes is too stiff, we will tell you. It is more about being practical. We open up early and stay late to keep things running.
