Kenchappa

I am Kenchappa and you can find me at 25 Kanteeravanagar. My place is right on the 4th Main Road in the Sri Kanteshwara Nagara area. This part of the city is quite busy these days. I have been at this address for quite some time now. The building is a simple one, nothing too modern or eye-catching. I usually sit near the front door so I can see who is coming and going. The 4th Main Road gets a lot of two-wheelers zooming past, so there is always some noise. Inside, I keep things pretty basic. There are some shelves with files and a small bench for people to sit on if they are waiting. I try to keep the place tidy, but with the dust from the road, it is a constant job. Sri Kanteshwara Nagara has a good feel to it, like a real community where everyone knows a bit about their neighbors. I started out with just a small desk and it has stayed mostly like that. I don't need much to get the work done. The power goes out once in a while, so I keep a torch handy. People around here just call me by my name and drop in when they need something. It is a straightforward way of living and working. I like the routine of opening up in the morning and closing down when the sun starts to set.
