You can find us, Keane Worldzen India Pvt. Ltd., over in J.P. Nagar. We are specifically in the 7th Phase, which is a pretty well-known part of Bangalore-560078. It’s a nice area with a lot of trees and residential houses mixed in with some offices. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s a professional enough setup, but it still feels like a local office. We do back-office work and some technical stuff. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the neighborhood well. We know which tea stall has the best snacks and where to park so you don't get blocked in. The office itself is just a regular floor with cubicles and a small break room where the fridge is always too full of people's lunches. We aren't a high-pressure corporate environment. We just show up, do our tasks, and go home to our families. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a deadline, but we try not to make a habit of it. We don't use a lot of fancy management talk. We just say what needs to be done and then we do it. J.P. Nagar 7th Phase is a good place to be because it’s not as chaotic as the center of the city. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to make a living in Bangalore. We've been here through many seasons and seen the city change quite a bit.
