Keane India Ltd

Our office is located at 1314, 8th Main, BEML 3rd Stage, in the RR Nagar area of Bangalore. It’s a nice part of the city to be in. We’ve been here at Keane India Ltd for a while now. The office is fairly straightforward. It is just a couple of floors where we have our desks and computers set up. RR Nagar has a lot of trees. This makes the walk to the office a bit more pleasant than in the more industrial parts of town. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s mostly just a group of us who have worked together for a long time. We have our routines. Someone makes the first pot of tea and someone else stays late to lock up. The work is steady. It keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don’t spend a lot of time on fancy presentations or worrying about the latest office trends. We just use what we have and make sure the projects are moving forward. Sometimes the power fluctuates. This is just part of living in Bangalore, so we have our UPS systems ready. The 8th Main road can get a bit congested during peak hours. We try to time our commutes well. It’s a decent, no-nonsense place to work. We appreciate the local shops nearby where we can pick up supplies or a quick snack. It’s just our daily reality. We keep going.
