Our office is located at 33 BDA Layout, Kodihalli, in the HAL 2nd Stage area of Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know the traffic can be a real headache. Most of us at Keane India International Pvt Ltd try to plan our travel carefully to avoid the worst of it. The office is in a decent spot. It is fairly easy to reach if you’re already in the 8th sector. It’s a straightforward building. We don’t have any high-tech gadgets or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place with desks, chairs, and people working. We spend a lot of time on our computers, dealing with whatever comes our way. The atmosphere is generally quiet. We do have our moments of joking around when things aren't too busy, though. There’s a small area where we take our breaks. Sometimes we walk out to get some fresh air or a coffee from the stall down the road. The BDA Layout is a bit more residential in parts. It isn't as chaotic as the main city center. We’ve been here for a while and have settled into a nice rhythm. We don’t really go for big announcements or corporate events. We just focus on the task at hand and making sure we finish what we started. It’s a humble setup, but it serves its purpose for our small team every single day. We like the neighborhood.
