RMZ Ecoworld is a big place and it takes some time to get used to. We are on the ground floor in the Bay Area, which is part of the CoWrks setup. It's a shared space, so we are surrounded by people from all sorts of different companies. The Outer Ring Road is right there outside the gates and the traffic is almost always a mess. But the office itself is decent. There’s a lot of glass and open spaces which makes it feel a bit bigger than it is. We have our own desks where we sit every day. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with everyone talking or having meetings in the common areas. We just put our headphones on to get through the day. Devarabeesanahalli has changed a lot lately with all these tech parks coming up. We usually grab coffee from the pantry or head out to one of the food stalls in the campus. It's enough to keep us going. We don’t really do those fancy corporate meetings. Most of our talks happen right at the desks or while standing near the water cooler. It’s a busy environment and you see a lot of different faces every day. We’ve been here for a while and finally got used to the commute. It takes a bit to get through security sometimes. But once you’re at your desk, it’s a good enough spot to get work done.
