Kasura Technologies Pvt Ltd is located in the Sri Sai Residency building over in Maruthinagar. We’re right in the middle of Btm 1St Stage, which as anyone in Bangalore knows, means there is always a lot going on. Madiwala is a busy area, and the traffic outside our windows never really stops. Inside, it’s mostly just a group of us working on various tech projects. We have desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups lying around. It isn't a massive corporate campus with a gym or a cafeteria. It’s a functional office where we get our work done and try to solve problems. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living and working in this city. Most of us have been working together for a while, so it feels more like a small team than a big company. We deal with a lot of code and technical designs, so it’s usually pretty quiet except for the sound of typing. People live in the same building too, so we try to be respectful and not make too much noise during late hours. It is a practical place for people who like technology and don't mind the hustle of BTM. We just show up, do our jobs, and go home.
