At Karthikeyan Engineering Contractors, we operate out of 17-B on 1st Cross, right off Magadi Road in Rajaji Nagar. It’s a busy area with a lot of movement. We have been around this part of Rajaji Nagar for quite some time, so we know the streets pretty well. Our office is a straightforward place where we plan out our contracting work. It’s usually filled with blueprints, tools, and different pieces of equipment that we need for our jobs. It isn't the cleanest or most organized place, but we have our own system and it works for us. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, so the office is mostly a home base where we check in and get our supplies ready. Magadi Road always has a lot of traffic, so we have to plan our day around the rush hours. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just focus on the engineering and contracting tasks we have on our list. Some days are long, and we end up working late into the evening to get everything finished. It’s a lot of physical work and planning, which can be tiring. But we enjoy being part of the building process. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated crew that knows how to handle the job. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
