Kartel Technologies

We’ve been here at Banashankari 3rd Stage for a while now. Tilak Road is usually pretty busy in the mornings, especially near house number 2 where we set up Kartel Technologies. Most of us just show up, grab some coffee from the place nearby, and get to work on whatever tech issues are on the desk that day. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything, just a regular office where we handle a lot of different technical tasks. Some days it’s quiet, other days it feels like everyone is talking at once. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a few old chairs that probably need replacing soon. People stop by sometimes just to ask questions or see how a project is coming along. The whole corporate meeting thing with big slide decks isn't how we operate. Usually, we just sit around and figure things out as they come. Being in this part of Banashankari is nice because everything is close by. Getting lunch is easy and the commute isn't too bad for most of the staff. We keep the doors open mostly to let some air in during the afternoons. It’s just a group of us working through the daily list of things to fix or build. Nothing is too complicated to explain. We've stayed in this spot because it works for us and the people who know we are here. It's a simple setup on Tilak Road and that's how we like it.
