Karta Technologies

Our office is located at 30 Banneraghatta Road, specifically at Survey No 37-2 in Andhra Halli. It’s a part of the city that is always developing, so there is usually some construction noise nearby. Karta Technologies isn't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller group of people who are into the technical side of things. Most of our day is spent in front of screens, trying to solve problems or setting up systems that actually work for our clients. The office is pretty simple, with a few rows of desks and a small corner for coffee and breaks. We chose this location because it’s accessible for us, even if the traffic on Bannerghatta Road can be a nightmare in the evenings. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing with long meetings and mission statements. Instead, we just show up, look at what needs to be fixed or built, and get to it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is hitting a deadline, but that’s just how it goes in the tech world. It’s a lot of trial and error and making sure the code or the hardware does what it’s supposed to do. We prefer talking to people directly rather than sending a bunch of formal emails back and forth all day long. It's just about getting the work done and making sure everything runs smoothly for the next day.
