Karan'S Inc

We've been up here on the third floor of 67/4 Lavelle Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot in the city, but once you get up the stairs, it’s mostly just us doing our thing. Karan’S Inc isn't a huge place, just a few rooms where we get through the daily pile of work. Some days the traffic outside is loud enough to hear even this high up, but you get used to it. The light is pretty good in the afternoons. Most of the time, we’re just focused on whatever is on the desk that day. It's not fancy. There’s a tea shop around the corner where everyone goes when they need a break. We know most of the people in the building. Sometimes the lift acts up, so we take the stairs, which is fine until the end of the day. We’ve got our routine down. It’s mostly about keeping things moving and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It feels like a normal office, nothing like those big glass buildings you see further down the road. We’ve got some old chairs and a lot of paperwork. It’s been our base for a long time. People come and go, but the work stays pretty much the same. It’s just how things are here on Lavelle Road. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders, we just focus on getting the tasks done.
