Kapp Software Pvt Ltd

Kapp Software Pvt Ltd is based at 84 Koramangala in Bangalore. We are in the Kappsoft building, which is just a regular office space in a very busy part of the city. Being in Koramangala means there is always something going on outside, but inside we are mostly just staring at our computer screens. It’s not one of those huge tech campuses with free food and gymnasiums. It’s just a few rooms with desks, chairs, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We spend our days writing code, testing things out, and trying to fix bugs that shouldn't be there. The coffee machine is probably the most important thing in the office, and it’s seen a lot of use. We don’t have a big HR department or a bunch of managers. It’s just a small team of us trying to get the software to work like it’s supposed to. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and we end up ordering food to the desk. The office isn't always the tidiest, with old keyboards and notebooks lying around everywhere. We don't really do big meetings or presentations. We mostly just talk across the desks to solve problems. It’s a bit cramped at times, but it works for us. We’ve been at 560095 for a while now, just keeping our heads down and doing the technical work we know how to do.
