Kanthraj & Manjunath Advocates

Kanthraj and I have been working out of this Malleshwaram office for quite some time now. We are located at A 32, which is quite easy to find if you know where Chandus Hotel is. It’s a very local landmark that everyone uses for directions. Our office isn't one of those high-rise glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. It’s an older building that fits the vibe of Malleshwaram perfectly. We deal with a lot of legal paperwork and court dates, so things can get a bit hectic around here. The shelves are packed with files and law books that we’ve collected over the years. Some of them are getting a bit dusty, but we know where everything is. Clients usually come in and we sit down to go over their cases. It’s mostly regular people from the neighborhood who need some help with property issues or family matters. We don’t have a fancy waiting room, just some benches and old magazines. We like it this way because it feels more personal. You can hear the sounds of the street and the kitchen from the hotel nearby sometimes. It makes the day go by faster. Manjunath and I have a system that works, even if our desks look a bit messy to an outsider. We take our work seriously but we aren't formal people. We just want to get the job done right for everyone. Most of our afternoons are spent writing letters or reviewing documents under the ceiling fan. It's a simple life for advocates like us.
