We are over at No. 1 in the E Kempanna Complex. It's right opposite the Beslari factory in the Kannamangala area. At MSP Farm Fresh Products, we handle exactly what the name suggests—fresh stuff from the farm. It’s a pretty simple operation. We get the produce in, sort it out, and get it ready for people to buy. The complex isn't very big, but it suits us just fine. Being across from the factory makes it easy to give directions. We start our days quite early, usually before the sun is up, because that’s when the fresh loads arrive. It can be a bit cold and damp in the mornings, but we get used to it. We don't have any fancy marketing slogans or a big sales team. It’s just us and the food. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in because nobody wants bad produce. The neighborhood is okay, a bit of a mix of industrial and rural vibes. We have some regular customers who have been coming to us for a while. We just talk to them like normal people. There’s no script here. If the tomatoes are good, we say so. If something isn't quite right, we don't sell it. It’s just a basic way of doing things. We’re just a small part of the food chain here in Kannamangala. We just try to keep it moving.
