Kannada Tours & Travels. We have our small office on the first floor over in Chamrajpet. It is located on 9th Cross in Patel Lane, number 208. It's an old neighborhood and the lane gets pretty tight when people park their scooters outside. We spend most of our day sitting at the desks, looking at schedules and talking to our drivers on the mobile. We have been doing this for a long time now. The building isn't anything special but it works for us. There is a lot of paper everywhere because we still like to keep physical records of where the vehicles are going. Sometimes the fan overhead squeaks a bit but we don't mind it. People walk up the stairs to ask for prices or to book a car for a wedding. We don't do fancy advertising or anything like that. Most of the folks who come here are from around this area or heard about us from someone else. It gets busy during the marriage season and the phone doesn't stop ringing then. We usually have some tea from the stall down the street while we work. It’s just a regular office with some old chairs and a map on the wall. We try to stay organized but things can get messy when three drivers call at the same time. We are just local people trying to keep the business running every day in this busy part of the city.
