Our spot is at 55 Annepalya Main Road, right near the New Cloth Market. Most mornings here start with the heavy metal shutters going up and the sharp smell of tea from the corner stall. The street gets crowded fast, mostly with people looking for fabrics or moving rolls of cloth around. We've been at this specific spot for quite a while now. The building is older and has its quirks, but it works for what we do. Inside, there’s always stacks of boxes being shifted from one side to the other. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or high-end furniture. It’s just wooden desks, some old metal files, and a group of us trying to get through the day’s work before the evening rush hits. You can hear the traffic outside all day long. Sometimes it’s so loud we have to shout a bit to be heard over the lorries. We mostly deal with local folks from the market. It’s a busy place, especially on Mondays when everything resets. The walls could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time to move all the equipment. Everyone knows everyone else around here. We talk to the shop owners next door about the rain or how the roads are blocked again. It’s just a normal way to spend the time. Nothing too special happens, just the usual routine of checking orders and talking to folks who wander in. By five o'clock, the sun hits the front door and it gets a bit warm inside.
