Kamdhenu Traders

At Yeshwantpur APMC Yard 12, you will find Kamdhenu Traders. This is our main spot for business. Since it’s a functional space, it’s mostly designed for moving heavy goods around. You’ll often see a bit of a mess in the yard with all the packaging and trucks coming through. Even though there is a tiny office area, we spend most of our time out on the floor. Depending on the time of year, the items we trade change quite a bit. Because we are in Yard 12, we are right near the main gates. That means we see a lot of new faces every day. It gets loud with all the noise, but that’s just part of the routine now. There is nothing fancy about this place. We just have some shelves, a few scales, and the inventory. Most of the work is manual, like loading bags and tracking the stock. When it rains, the yard gets tricky to navigate, but we manage to keep everything dry. Our business has been at this address for a long stretch of time. We aren’t into corporate talk or making things complicated. We just want to finish the work and go home. All our neighbors in the yard are doing the same thing. It’s a good community of traders. By keeping our heads down and handling the trade as it comes, we get through the day. It’s a basic way to make a living. We always make sure the bags are stacked right so nothing falls over.
