Kamat Hotel

Kamat Hotel is situated at Shivaji Nagar 4th Cross, in the Bilekahalli Layout, numbers 495/496. It’s a big enough spot for what we do. We’ve been here at the 4th Cross for a good number of years. The layout has changed a lot since we first started, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. We don’t go in for all that modern corporate branding. Our sign is simple, and the building is just a regular building. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the regulars who come in. We spend our mornings getting the place ready and our nights cleaning up. It’s a cycle that we’ve gotten used to. Bilekahalli is a busy area, but our corner feels a bit different. We aren't some massive chain with thousands of locations. We’re just here at 495/496. We handle our own repairs and manage the daily stuff without any fancy software or big meetings. It’s just practical. If someone needs something, they ask, and we do our best. We don't use phrases like customer satisfaction or anything like that. We just treat people like people. It’s worked for us so far. The building might be a bit old, but it’s got a lot of life in it. We’re happy to be part of the Shivaji Nagar community. It’s been a lot of work over the years, but we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We know the shortcuts around the layout.
