Kamaludheen Syed Ahmed

I’m Kamaludheen Syed Ahmed and you can usually find me over at 101, Green Leaf Avenue. It’s tucked into the I Main of Nagappa Reddy Layout in Kaggadassapura. Bangalore is a big, messy city but this little pocket in C.V Raman Nagar is where I’ve set up shop. The trees along the avenue are actually quite nice, even if the roads are a bit bumpy like everywhere else around here. I didn’t want a fancy office in a tech park. This feels more like a real place. My workspace is just one of the rooms in the building. It’s got a window that looks out onto the street so I can see who’s coming and going. I keep my own hours mostly, which means I might be here late into the evening. The local tea stall is just a short walk away, which is where I go when I need a break from the screen. People in the layout are friendly enough. We all just go about our business without too much fuss. It isn't a high-pressure environment, just a practical place to get work done. I’ve been here for a bit and I don’t see myself moving anytime soon. It suits the way I work. Nothing fancy, just honest effort every day. Sometimes the mail takes an extra day to reach Kaggadassapura, but that's just how it is. I've got my books and my tea, so I don't complain much. Most of the folks around Nagappa Reddy Layout are busy with their own lives, which gives me the space I need.
