Kamal Solar Water Heaters & Lights

Our shop, Kamal Solar Water Heaters & Lights, is located at 6 Attur Furniture Market in Sector 54. It’s an interesting spot because most of the neighbors are selling chairs and tables, while we are focused on solar stuff. We’ve been here for a bit now, and people in the market know us. We handle solar water heaters and various lights, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about the sun and how to make things work on roofs. The shop is full of boxes and parts most of the time. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a good chunk of our time out at different houses or buildings, putting things together or fixing what’s broken. When we are back at the shop, it’s usually to check inventory or talk to someone who walked in with a question about their heater. Sector 54 is a busy area, and the furniture market brings in a lot of different people. We like the mix. It’s a very hands-on job, so our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the shift. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just know how solar heaters work and we spend our time making sure they do their job for the folks who buy them. It's just a small shop in a big market, and that suits us just fine.
