Apna Group

Apna Group is tucked away at No. 1 Coconut Garden Cross, just off the Outer Ring Road in Kalyan Nagar. The area used to be a lot quieter, but now there are buildings going up everywhere you look. We have a small office that stays pretty cool because of the trees nearby, though the traffic from the ring road is always a constant hum in the background. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. Inside, the shelves are stacked with files and some old boxes we haven't moved in years. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting area. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up from our desk to say hello. We deal with various things throughout the day, mostly coordinating with people over the phone or meeting them out on the street. Kalyan Nagar is a good spot to be because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily, even with the traffic. We don't spend money on big signs or shiny brochures. Our name is just painted on a small board near the entrance. The floor is tile and it gets a bit slippery when it rains, so we have to be careful. We just do our work, keep our heads down, and try to stay organized in our own way. It is a modest place but it works for us. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake.
