My name is Kalyan Basavaraj and I am an advocate. I work out of C M Plaza in Sampangiram Nagar. My office is at number 71. It is a busy part of the city. I’ve been here for several years now. The office is on a floor that gets a lot of foot traffic. I spend my days talking to clients and going through legal documents. It’s a lot of reading and writing. My desk is usually buried under folders. I keep meaning to tidy it up but then new work comes in. The plaza is an alright place to work. There are plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby. I usually go out for a walk in the afternoon just to clear my head. The traffic around Sampangiram Nagar can be quite difficult during peak hours. I tell people to give themselves extra time to get here. My office has a couple of big windows which is nice. I don't have a big team helping me. It’s mostly just me handling the daily tasks. I like the independence of it. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow so I just take the stairs. It’s good exercise I suppose. I’ve lived in this city for a long time and I know my way around the local streets. There is always something interesting happening nearby.
