Kalya Soft Solutions

Up on the 1st floor of the Kousthaba building, you'll find Kalya Soft Solutions. We're at number 13 on the 80ft Road in Padmanabhanagar. Bangalore 70 is a busy area, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been in this office for a bit now. It’s a decent space with enough room for our computers and a small area for making coffee. We spend a lot of time staring at screens, which is just the nature of what we do. The 1st floor is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We're just a small group working together. Padmanabhanagar has changed a lot, but the 80ft Road is still a main spot for us. We like being here. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but we just turn up the music or put on headphones. It’s not a fancy tech campus, just a regular office. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. People wear what they want. We just focus on getting the work done by the end of the day. We aren't trying to be the next big thing, we just want to do a good job for the folks who ask us for help. It’s a practical life. We come in, we work, and then we head out into the Bangalore evening.
