You can find us at 70 RMV 2nd Stage on Mangaldas Road. Kalpavruksha Tours & Travels is a small family-run thing that we started a while back. We basically help people get from one place to another by arranging cars and drivers. The office isn't very large, just a couple of chairs and a desk covered in maps and booking slips. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to the drivers out in the parking area. Mangaldas Road gets pretty busy during the day, so there is always a lot of noise outside our door. We handle all sorts of travel requests, like someone needing a car for a weekend trip or a family going to a wedding in another town. We don't use any fancy booking software; we just write everything down in our registers. Sometimes it gets a bit confusing when many people call at once, but we manage to sort it out. We try to make sure the cars are in decent shape and the drivers know where they are going. If there is a delay because of a flat tire or something, we just have to deal with it as it happens. Most of our customers are folks from the RMV area who have been coming to us for years. We aren't trying to be some huge travel company. We just like running our local business and helping people with their journeys.
