Our office for Kallatra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is in the Copper Arch building, specifically at 10, 83, on Infantry Road. Being on Infantry Road means we are right in a very central part of the city, so there is always a lot of movement outside. The building itself has a bit of character to it, and we have set up our workspace to be as functional as possible. It is mostly just rows of computers and people with headphones on, trying to concentrate on their tasks. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when the afternoon slump hits. The office isn't overly decorated; we have a few whiteboards covered in scribbles and notes that probably only make sense to us. We deal with various tech projects, so the conversation usually revolves around software or hardware issues. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we don't mind too much. We aren't into the whole corporate culture of endless meaningless meetings. We prefer to just sit down, look at the problems, and try to find a way to solve them. The windows let in a good amount of light, but the view is mostly just the tops of other buildings and the busy street below. It is a solid place to work, and we have a good rhythm going most days of the week.
