Kallada Travel House

Kallada Travel House is situated at 126 Jayanagar. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been part of the landscape here for quite some time. The office is pretty simple, nothing that would win any design awards, but it works for what we need. We have some desks, a few chairs for guests, and a lot of paper everywhere. Travel is a busy trade, especially in a place like Jayanagar where people are always on the move. We handle a lot of phone calls throughout the day, mostly people asking about bus timings or seat availability. It gets a bit loud when the street traffic picks up in the afternoon. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what is available and what the price is. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of bags waiting to be picked up, but we make it work. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know how the other person works. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we are here at number 126 and people know where to find us. It’s a steady life, just helping people get to where they need to be without making things complicated.
