It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the other side of town, but for the people living in D-Block, we are just around the corner. The clinic is a basic setup. We’ve got a desk for the paperwork and some chairs for when it gets busy. It’s not a very large place, so it can feel a bit crowded on rainy days when everyone has a cough or a fever. We’ve been here in Sahakara Nagar for a while, and the neighborhood knows us. We don’t have any of that fancy modern furniture. The floor is just tile and the walls are a light color that’s easy to keep clean. It’s a very straightforward clinic. People come in, say what’s wrong, and we do what we can to help them out. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break, but mostly it’s just one patient after another. The 16 E Cross street is usually quiet, which is nice. You don’t get all the city noise in here. It’s just a regular place where local folks come when they aren't feeling their best. We keep it simple and don't try to be anything we aren't. There is a small sign outside so you know you are at the right door.
