Our office is over at 178, Ramgopal Layout, right off the Banaswadi Main Road in Bangalore. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always some noise from the traffic outside. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of people typing or talking about some project they are stuck on. We do a lot of technical work here, mostly software and things related to computers. It’s a private limited company, but it doesn't feel like a big corporate place. We have desks pushed together and wires running along the floor in some spots. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we all have to wait a minute, which gives us a chance to grab some tea from the stall nearby. We started out small and stayed in this neighborhood because it’s convenient for the team. There’s no big receptionist or a lobby with fancy chairs. You just walk in and see everyone working. We handle a variety of tech tasks for different clients, and the whiteboard is usually covered in scribbles and diagrams that only half of us understand at any given time. It’s a practical workspace where things get done. We spend a lot of hours here, sometimes late into the evening when a deadline is close. It’s just a group of people who know their way around a computer, trying to make things work the way they are supposed to for our clients.
