Kaatizone

Kaatizone is tucked away in Bangalore, specifically at 401/18 on 15th A Main. We are right near 13th Cross in the 560068 pin code area. It’s a busy part of Karnataka. Our place is where we handle all the food-related stuff. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture for the office. It’s just a functional space where we get things done. The streets around here can be pretty packed with bikes and cars, especially during lunch hours. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. People in the neighborhood know us as the local Kaati place. It’s a straightforward operation. We have some kitchen equipment and some space for the staff to sit down. It isn't a corporate headquarters with glass windows. It feels more like a workshop. We spend most of the day making sure the orders are moving and the ingredients are fresh. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore makes the road outside a bit messy, but that’s just how it is here. We focus on the food and not on trying to look like a big international chain. It’s a local business run by local people who live around here. We know the 13th Cross area well. Most of us walk to work or take a short ride. It’s a simple life and a simple business setup that works for us and keeps us busy.
