Kaati Zone

We are located in Shanti Nagar South, right on 2nd Cross in Devanahalli. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but we like it here. Vijay Kumar is the one who keeps things organized for us. We mostly focus on making rolls and quick bites for the local crowd at Kaati Zone. It’s a small kitchen, and it gets pretty hot when the stoves are all going. We start early in the morning to get the ingredients ready. We don't have a lot of seating, so most people just grab their food and head out. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now. The neighborhood is changing, but we’re still here in the same spot. We aren't some big chain with a glossy manual. We just make food the way we like to eat it. Sometimes we run out of things if it’s a busy day. That’s just how it goes when you’re a small operation. The staff is mostly local guys who live nearby. We know most of the people who walk past our door every day. It’s a simple life, cooking and serving the community. We don't use fancy terms for our food. It's just good, honest stuff.
