We focus on agile ways of working, but we don't spend all day talking about theory. Mostly, we are just busy with tasks and trying to stay on top of our deadlines. The office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. HSR Layout has become such a hub for companies like ours, so there’s always a bit of energy around.
