K Venkatesh

My name is K Venkatesh and I've been working out of the Royal Sands building in Sunkadakatte for quite some time now. It's located right on New Link Road in Andheri West, which is always busy with traffic and people rushing around. I started this because I wanted to do something for myself and stay local. It’s not a large operation by any means. Usually, it’s just me and a couple of other guys trying to stay organized and keep the projects moving. Being in Andheri West means everything moves fast, but we try to keep things simple and honest. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep the files and meet people when they have questions. I spend a lot of my day on the phone or meeting people near the link road at different sites. It gets really hot in the afternoons, but the building has decent shade which helps. We handle various tasks that come our way, mostly related to property and maintenance. Sometimes the work is steady, and other times it’s a bit of a scramble to get everything finished on time. I don't really have a fancy philosophy or a polished speech about it. I just show up every morning and do what needs doing. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we set up here. More buildings are going up every year. It’s a good spot to be, though the traffic on New Link Road can be a real headache in the evenings.
