K V N Tours & Travels is located right in Marathahalli. We are in the Parekh Vora Chambers on Nagindas Master Road. It is Fort 5. The building is quite old and has that specific smell of old paper and stone. We have a small office on one of the floors. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs. There are a lot of other small businesses in the chambers too. Sometimes it gets very loud with all the people coming and going. We handle travel stuff for the folks who live and work around here. Most of them are just working in the nearby offices. We keep the registers organized on the metal shelf. It is mostly just us sitting there and taking down details from customers. We use a lot of pens. I like the blue ones better than the black ones. The view from our window is just more buildings and a bit of the dusty road. We see the same faces every morning. The guy who sells snacks downstairs knows our order by heart. It is a regular life. We do not do anything flashy at all. We just book the trips and make sure the drivers know exactly where they are going. Sometimes a customer comes in upset because of a delay, and we just listen to them. That is part of the job. We stay until the last booking is sorted for the night.
