K Sundar Associates

K Sundar Associates is tucked away in Cambridge Layout, right on the 7th Cross. To find us, you have to head up to the first floor of building number 42. It is a bit of a climb, but not too bad. Ulsoor is a nice area, though parking can be a real headache sometimes if you arrive after midday. The office itself is not very large, but it fits us just fine. We spend most of our hours looking at documents and talking things through. It’s the kind of place where you’ll always find a half-empty cup of coffee on someone’s desk. We didn’t spend a lot on fancy furniture or decorations because that’s not really who we are. We just needed a functional space near the heart of the city. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the local traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the horns and the street vendors. The team here is small, and we mostly keep to ourselves. We handle a lot of the standard work that comes with running an associates’ firm. There’s no big secret to how we operate; we just show up and get through the list of things to do. It feels like a neighborhood spot because many of the people we see are from around here. We like being part of the community in this corner of Ulsoor.
