K Sandeep Thimmaiah

I am K Sandeep Thimmaiah and my office is located at 55 Race Course Road. We are on the 2nd floor of Red Cross Bhavan, which is a pretty well-known building in this area. It’s quite easy to find us because we are right near the Race View Restaurant, which is a popular spot for people to eat. Being on the 2nd floor gives us a bit of a distance from the main road noise, though you can still hear the traffic from Race Course Road if the windows are open. Red Cross Bhavan is an older building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here for some time now. The walk up to the second floor is a good way to start the day. We don’t have any fancy decorations or high-end furniture, just the basic stuff we need to stay productive. It’s a practical workspace where we spend most of our hours. The restaurant nearby is great for when we don't feel like packing a lunch. Race Course Road itself is always busy, especially during the middle of the day, but we’ve grown to appreciate the hustle. It feels like a central place to be. We just open up the office, get the fans going, and start working through our list for the day. It’s a humble setup at number 55, but it’s exactly where we need to be to get things done. We usually stay until the evening when the traffic starts to thin out.
