K S Devaraj Associates is located at Sanjay Nagar 2A. It’s a quiet spot and we like it that way. We have been operating from this address for several years now. It is mostly just a few of us working together on different associate tasks. The office is small but it has everything we need to get through the day. We get a mix of people coming in, some from the neighborhood and some from further away. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or putting up big banners. Most people just know the building and come in when they need something. The interior is just basic desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of time on the phone or going through documents. It’s a very grounded way of working. Sanjay Nagar is a nice area to be in, and we've gotten to know the other business owners around here pretty well. We aren't a big firm with layers of management. If you call, you'll talk to one of us directly. We just try to stay on top of the work and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. It's a steady pace and we are happy with how things are going at 2A. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down but we just walk down the street to get some. It is what it is and we keep going.
