The office for K R Prasad is situated right where Mahathma Gandhi Road, State Bank Of India Road, and Old Madras Bank Road all seem to meet up. We have our main desk where we handle most of the daily business. It’s usually covered in files and pens. The windows look out onto the busy streets below, so there is always something to see, even if it’s just traffic jams. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know how things work. There’s no lobby or fancy waiting area, just a couple of plastic chairs for anyone who needs to sit down for a minute. The paint is peeling a bit near the ceiling, but we don't mind it much. We’ve got a small cupboard for our tea supplies and a few old fans to keep the air moving. It’s a basic setup that allows us to get our work done without any unnecessary distractions. We’ve been at this location for years and it suits us fine. There is always a lot of noise from the cars outside but we are used to it.
